WEUC ANNOUNCEMENTS

TO ALL WEUC COMMITTEE CHAIRS: It's that time of year again - Annual Report Season!  Reports for inclusion in the 2025 Annual Report are due January 31st  2026.  Here are some tips to include in your reports:  What were some of the highlights for your committee in 2025?  Provide an overview of your future plans which will leave everyone excited to be a part of the church ministry.  How does your committee support the vision and mission of the church? Do you have a call to action - do you need more help in the committee?  Annual Congregational Meeting takes place on Sun. March 1st 2026 after the worship service in the sanctuary.

FELLOWSHIP VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED! If you wish to volunteer please sign your name on the sign-up sheet in the Friendship Room during fellowship time.

REV. YOON SHIN will be on vacation from January 18th to 24th (carried over from 2025 as Rev. YoonOk was unable to take previously scheduled vacation due to the Homecoming Event).  Pulpit Supply:  May Hong.

SECOND BIBLE GROUP READING

Due to the positive and encouraging feedback from the first Bible Reading Group, we are pleased to continue with a second session. The Second Bible Reading Group will run from February to April, and we will read the following books together: Hebrews; James; 1 & 2 Peter; 1, 2 & 3 John; Revelation; and the Gospel of John.

On the third Sunday of each month, participants are asked to submit one favorite Bible verse and two discussion questions from their readings to May Hong.
On the fourth Sunday of each month, we will gather to share and reflect on what we have read together.

• Submission Dates for Bible Verse & Questions:
  February 15, March 22, April 19 (Sundays)
• Bible Sharing Gatherings:
  February 22, March 29, April 26 (Sundays)

If you would like to participate in this Bible Reading Group, please register by January 25. (Registration forms are available at the back of the sanctuary.)
