A WARM WELCOME BACK to Rev. YoonOk Shin. We are very grateful and thankful to have Rev. YoonOk back to the pulpit.

DURING COMMUNION, the Congregation is invited to come forward to receive the communion elements. Servers are Sei Park and David Lim. 

WEUC COUNCIL MEETING Tues. October 10, 10:30 a.m. in the upstairs office.  Members, please pick up your minutes from the back of the sanctuary. A reminder to Committee Chairs to please email your reports to Lina before October 9th.

THANKSGIVING FOOD BANK DRIVE We want to encourage the congregation to help fill the hampers of needy families in our community.  Baskets are available in the Narthex for non-perishable food items.

THANKSGIVING OFFERING A reminder for those on PAR that the Thanksgiving offering is not included in your PAR.  Thanksgiving offering envelopes will be available at the back of the church. Please include your name and envelope number.

2024 CANADIAN CHURCH CALENDAR:  Deep Spirituality, Bold Discipleship, Daring Justice.  Calendar features photos of United Church from across the country and notes special days and church seasons.  Cost:  $10.00 and are available from the church office. This is a fundraiser and all proceeds go to WEUC.

COMMUNITY GARDEN MEET & CHAT meet every Mondays, 12 noon outside in the Community Garden (weather permitting) or in the Friendship Room. There will be no Community Garden Gathering on Monday October 9th, due to Thanksgiving Holiday.
